Spirit Rock Guidelines & Instructions

Reserve Your Spot
Reservations are first come, first served. The MES PTO may block dates for school events or maintenance.
Two Sides Available
Our Spirit Rock has two paintable sides, and each side is reserved separately.
Front Side: $15 per day
Back Side: $10 per day
Want the entire rock? If both sides are available, simply reserve and pay for both.
Reservation Times
Your reservation begins at 4:00 PM the day before your selected date and ends at 4:00 PM on your reserved date.
Example: If you reserve September 16, your reservation runs from 4:00 PM on September 15 until 4:00 PM on September 16.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking through our website.
Decorating the Rock
Painting the rock is your responsibility. You may paint it yourself or hire someone to do it for you. See the bottom of the page for our recommended artist.
Please use water-based latex spray paint or exterior latex paint whenever possible. Clean up your supplies when you're finished, and be respectful of the surrounding landscaping.
No Refunds
Reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled due to weather or other circumstances.
Which side is the front?
The front side of the rock is the side you see first when exiting carline in the morning and the afternoon. The fence is behind the rock and you can not see the school in the background
Which side is the Back?
The back is seen when exiting carline in the morning and the afternoon. You can only see the back when you turn the curve. The school will be behind the rock and you will see the kindergarten playground in the background.
